Coconut sugar is obtained in a completely natural way, without a chemical process, without the addition of additives and without refining. It is made from coconut palm juice, which is thermally processed, cooked, as a result of which caramelization occurs, then the juice is dried and crushed into fine granules. The taste of this sugar is very specific and does not resemble the aroma of coconut in any way, in terms of its aromatic properties it resembles brown sugar with a dominant aroma of caramel.
