Aguara white chocolate with organic coconut sugar

How is it produced?
The production of chocolate begins in a stone mill and strips for around 18 hours, then the obtained mass is manually tempered, poured into molds, cooled, and packed by hand.

Why did we choose coconut sugar?
This sugar is produced in a completely natural way, without a chemical process, without the addition of additives, and without refining. Coconut sugar is obtained from the juice of the coconut palm, which is thermally processed and cooked, as a result of which caramelization occurs, then the liquid is dried and crushed into fine granules. The taste of this sugar is peculiar and does not resemble the aroma of coconut in any way. According to its aromatic properties, it resembles brown sugar with a dominant aroma of caramel. This sweetener is a natural source of vitamins and minerals and a source of high-energy food with a low glycemic index.
